Want some sugar!

Well, we have this all county event going on this Saturday called Sharefest. All the churches in Santa Cruz County are getting together and serving the community by helping in many different projects around town. As the Young Adults at SCBC we are serving at Gault School, which is just blocks from the church, with their Harvest Carnival! So carnival means Cotton Candy!! So with our connections with the Boardwalk, we were able to get them free cotton candy and my friend Rachel and I got to go make it! Have you ever made cotton candy? Sugar goes everywhere! We had it all over our clothes and in our hair! It was a fun time! It was kinda cool being at the Boardwalk in Santa Cruz when it wasn't full of people! We had it all to ourselves! Beautiful ocean behind us and the fun rides in front of us! And we sure did smell sweet after all that sugar! Let us know if you ever need help making cotton candy, we are pros now!
