SPA Days in Napa Valley!

Well I just went for my first time up to Napa Valley this past weekend! Now sometimes I actually call it "Nampa" cause that in the name of the city where I went to college, and people here always tease me! :) But I went to NAPA this weekend with some friends and had a great time! We did a little bit of wine tasting on Sunday and then a full Spa treatment on Monday morning.
I got to play in the mud on Monday morning, :) a mud bath that is! Ahhh.....we felt so relaxed afterwards! It was so nice! If you ever think of getting one done, do!
